Teaching Strategies, a leader in early childhood education, offers tools and curriculum to support educators and learners. However, as e-learning grew and the need for easier assessments increased, their classroom-management platform struggled to meet the needs of teachers and administrators.

I led a UX and visual design team to build a holistic design system, a scalable SmartTeach™ platform, and a localization strategy as the company expanded globally. We practiced a design, test & learn agile process, receiving enthusiastic feedback from teachers eager to start using the platform immediately.
